A multi-sector focus

Backed by highly effective infrastructure and a geographic location along the Seine axis, HAROPA PORT is able to propose a multi-sector service offering capable of meeting the specific needs of every category of port traffic.

Published on - Updated

The multi-sector strategy adopted by HAROPA PORT is placed at the service of France’s external trade and the creation of jobs and value for the local regions. Over the period to 2025, that strategy is intended to achieve maritime throughput of between 91 and  95 million tonnes and river goods handling of 35 million tonnes, with clear emphasis placed on decarbonised logistics by, for example, the organisation of a carbon and hydrogen sector and the emergence of a “circular economy” sector.

France’s leading port possesses a highly effective system of logistics and robust, acknowledged sectoral expertise thanks to its Development team. This strength enables the port to support its customers in their supply chain projects.
