Port infrastructures, city - port : The renovation of the port of Javel receives a special jury mention during the AIVP

The port of Javel-bas received a special mention from the jury during the AIVP Prize Antoine Rufenacht 2024 ceremony. This distinction recognizes the port's metamorphosis, which began in 2017 and achieved in 2024. This project is part of a global rehabilitation of the Paris region quaysides of HAROPA PORT, aimed at combining mixed uses and acceptability of industrial port activities, to the benefit of the region.

Located on the left bank of the Seine, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, the port of Javel-bas is home to a several industrial port activity, making a key economic site for the port and the capital, playing an essential role in the development of river Seine transport last-mile logistics.

Led by HAROPA PORT, the site's renovation aimed to create a harmonious link between the site's economic activities and a convivial living space, designed to be accessible and pleasant for the public.

This successful metamorphosis received a “special jury mention” during the AIVP Prize Antoine Rufenacht 2024.
