Port infrastructures, logistics : Three new logistics warehouses in Rouen

At the port, close to the container terminals and the river and road links, three new warehouses have been developed. They reinforce HAROPA PORT's attractiveness for logistics real estate, with varied and flexible warehousing solutions on the Seine axis.

Sénalia, key player in port logistics for cereals, is helding underpin the economic development of the Seine axis by increasing its warehousing capacity for packaged goods and associated logistics services.

Covering a total of 75,000 s.q m., these three buildings - named Hub 1, Hub 2 and Hub 3 - represent a storage capacity of over 80,000 pallets on vertical racks.

With this investment, Sénalia is adding to its historical expertise by opening the way to new markets.
