He participates in "Tackling emissions with smart port technologies" round table on April 30 to review the projects undertaken by HAROPA PORT.

The port is pursuing an ambitious strategy to decarbonize maritime and river logistics along the Seine axis, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2040. Initiatives include:

  •  greening infrastructures: the electrification of quays, implementation of the Environmental Shipping Index (ESI), participation in the World Ports Climate Action Program or development of a hydrogen and CO₂,
  •  digitization: use of AI, digital twins and IoT to optimize port operations, reduce carbon footprints and improve traffic management thanks to the Port Community System (PCS),
  •  implementation of industrial projects: storage of CO₂ with TotalEnergies and Air Liquide, and participation in the European MAGPIE project to design the “green port” of the future,
  •  development of river transport and multimodality, with the creation of a river access to Port 000.
